1General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the Caji platform ("Caji", "we", "us") and anyone who uses the platform ("member", "you"). These Terms apply when you use the https://caji.best website or the Caji mobile app.

Caji is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform built for users in Bangladesh. We offer Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and a range of other gaming services. These services are designed for entertainment, and responsible gaming is a core part of how we operate.

Caji reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account on Caji:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must register with accurate personal information — accounts created with false details will be suspended.
• Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• The phone number and email address provided at registration must be verified.

After registration, Caji may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. KYC verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal can be processed.

3Account Management

The security of your Caji account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone, and change it regularly. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, email support@caji.best or contact us via live chat immediately. The sooner you report it, the faster Caji can take the necessary steps to secure your account.

If an account has had no activity for an extended period (12 months), it may be marked as inactive. If an inactive account still has a balance, the member will be notified in advance.

4Deposits & Payments

Caji currently supports the following payment methods:

• BKash (Personal & Merchant)
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer (selected banks)

Minimum deposit is ৳500. No additional charges are deducted from deposits — the full amount you send will be credited to your account. Deposits are usually instant, though bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments received from third-party accounts will be returned, and the associated member's account will be subject to investigation.

5Withdrawal Policy

Winnings and cash balance may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to an account registered in the member's own name.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Transactions via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Active bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — wagering requirements must be met first. Cash balance and bonus balance are always displayed separately.

6Bonus & Promo Terms

General Bonus Terms:

• Each member can claim a promo offer only once.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus has its own expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — some games may not count toward wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses.

Caji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. However, the original terms will continue to apply to any bonus that has already been activated.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on Caji, it cannot be changed or cancelled — with limited exceptions for live betting. Please review all details before placing your bet.

• Minimum bet amounts may vary depending on the game and market.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will generally be refunded.
• Caji reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Placing coordinated bets from multiple accounts on the same match is strictly prohibited.
• The game provider's resolution is final in the event of any technical dispute.

The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games. If a disconnection occurs during a game session, the outcome will be determined based on Caji's server logs.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any of them are proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited:

11Account Closure & Termination

Caji may suspend or restrict an account in the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.

• At the member's own request.

Members may also request account closure at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed — unless the balance is subject to forfeiture due to a breach of the Terms.
